Strong Spirit Aboriginal Services will be hosting five face-to-face Indigenous women in business networking events. These events are for women with businesses located across the Hastings Region on Birpai Country.
Strong Women in Business Mentoring
Strong Spirit Aboriginal Services will be providing one-on-one mentoring support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women operating a business located in the Hastings region. Mentoring will include areas of; business planning and guidance to produce business plans, proposals, presentations, and pitches; business advisory and business support; business development strategies and early-stage business growth strategies; business coaching and mentoring

Strong Spirit Aboriginal Services will be delivering an introduction to business program for young Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander girls who are attending high school in the Hastings region.

Strong Spirit Connected Youth Program
The Strong Spirit Connected Youth Program incorporates Aboriginal cultural immersion, cultural mentoring, social and emotional wellbeing, and resume writing support. This program encompasses Aboriginal cultural engagement as the foundation for all the activities while also incorporating the skills and support required to be a successful and fulfilled young person today. This program is for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people aged 12-24 years who live in the Port Macquarie Hastings Region.
This Strong Spirit Connected Youth program is funded through Regional NSW, Regional Youth Investment Program and will be delivered from January 2023- December 2024.
